Returns

There is a 14 day cooling off period for online sales (from date of purchase). A full refund will be given if goods are returned in perfect condition in it’s original packaging.

If goods arrived damaged or if there are any issues please contact us, within 14 days of purchase at: customerservice@magneplan.com and we can organize it’s return and refund or replacement.
